Some positive running between wickets. We have to do this every ball of our innings and we have to be looking to score of more balls - punishing every bad ball we receive!

Photos from The Practice Game v Camden
Some shots from the practice game! I'll try and put a soundtrack on these stills movies when I have a bit more time. Thanks for the pics Ronnie and Franca!
Sam and Thomas Batting Together - 1
Sam and Thomas - batting positively and putting the opposition under pressure with some aggressive running between the wickets. The boys are backing up at a jog and running the first run as hard as possible. This makes a big difference over the course of a whole innings. Running well goes a long way to helping batsmen develop partnerships as it helps keep the score ticking over and rotates the strike.
Rehaan Bowling - 1st Spell
Some of Rehaan's first spell. Fielding looks ok, but we need to tidy up the returns - and get the ball back to the bowler ON THE FULL! It doesn't just look better, it also keeps the ball shiny, gets it to the bowler quicker and can intimidate the opposition by demonstrating our attention to detail!

Welcome!
Just thought we would embrace the technology available and create a blog as a central communication point for squad members.
I'll start it off during the practice games and if it looks like it works we will use it to share coaching ideas and information throughout the competition.
